If an order is refused at delivery and returned to us, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off.

We will gladly accept returns on unused items within 14 days from date your handbag was delivered to receive a refund.

- Please include all original packaging, & dustbag, and have all tags attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted for a refund.
- The return cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- For international orders, any duties or taxes collected upon delivery are nonrefundable.
- Returns may be shipped with the carrier of your choice.
- We recommend you use a traceable carrier.

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 7 business days for your refund or credit to process. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. We'll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.

Les Mallettes handbags are made with premium pebble leathers treated to repel water and stains. Pebble leather is 100% cow hide and has gone through extensive tumbling to create a supple pebble texture and soft hand feel.

Pebbled leather is very easy to care for and does not scratch easily. It can usually be cleaned with the use of a soft cotton cloth slightly dampened with distilled water (sodium-free seltzer water may be used) applied in a circular motion. The leather should then be allowed to dry completely.

- These leathers require no creams, polishes or cleansers to retain their beauty.

- If you wish to prolong the original shape of your bag, try to keep from overloading it.

- Long exposure to light, heat and humidity or perfumes may cause leather to change color and/or texture.

- Avoid contact with water, greasy substances, make-up products or items that could easily stain the material.

- If your handbag comes into contact with water or other liquid, dry and rub gently with a soft, neutral colored cloth.
